Exciting new projects
I’m very excited about all the new projects that are lining up on the horizon. Keen readers of the newsletter will see that a ‘Team Dancerobics’ is being organised to Walk the Wight. If you are interested in supporting the fantastic Earl Mountbatten Hospice and continue improving your own health and well being along the way then why not Walk the Wight as part of the team with me and others from Dancerobics. We will of course make it as fun as possible and have training sessions and pub lunches along the way. We could even have a little walking – Dancerobics routine to keep us and others amused along the walk! (There’s the exhibitionist in me again ;o)
Unfortunately it seems that there may not be a ‘Race for Life’ event on the Island this year. That’s not confirmed so don’t take it as gospel but it would be very said if it were to happen. Luckily Isle of Wight Fitness will be teaming up with www.lyssatrumanzumbafitness.com to provide a ‘Fit for Life’ event. An afternoon of potentially 8 different fantastic group exercise classes for people to take part in with all class fees donated to Cancer Research. It will definitely be a fantastic event and as the details get planned I will keep you fully informed.
Isle of Wight Fitness is a registered Change for Life supporter.
Keep dancing!
