Exercise Classes in Ryde  - 2026

Come and join in the fun! Ladies and Gent's come from Newport/East Cowes/Seaview/Shanklin/Sandown and Ryde to my classes and there is on street parking outside for a free hour! All classes are great for mental health/physical health and are great confidence boosters, you will leave feeling amazing after each class!

Konga - Dance, Boxing, Cardio and Toning Class - Ryde Mon 18.20-19.10pm

This class is suitable for all fitness levels and I offer low and high impact options if required - Anyone who knows me knows love an option!!!

Paracise - Low Impact Dance Fitness - Ryde Thursday 9.15-10am

A gentle yet effective class which is designed to enhance your posture, balance, mobility, and flexibility. Enjoy fabulous music and innovative choreography that will leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated after each session.  I offer flexible payment options: pay as you go for £9 with no advance booking needed, or choose to do a monthly standing order/payment for £28, payable on the 1st of each month. Experience the freedom and simplicity that best suits your needs!

 

The Fitness Club - Hiit Interval Class - Ryde Friday 9-9.45am

Welcome to the Interval Class! Here, you can work at your own level while engaging in a variety of exercises designed to enhance your overall fitness. The sessions feature, core, strength, and fat-burning workouts, with both high and low-impact options available. Join me for 4 weeks for just £32, payable in advance. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or if you would like to try a one-off class for £9. Check the calendar for available dates and take the first step on your fitness journey!
