Paracise
Paracise™ is a fantastic, low-impact dance exercise class that focuses on fun, easy-to-follow dance movements, designed especially for those who may have bad backs or knees, arthritis, fibromyalgia, or are recovering from injury.
It offers a gentle entry point into exercise for people who would benefit both physically and mentally from moving more, but who may find traditional fitness classes too demanding — or who haven’t exercised for a long time.
All movements are low impact, enjoyable and there is absolutely NO floor work.
Classes are set to fabulous music — a mix of old classics and newer favourites — creating an uplifting and motivating atmosphere.
FITNESS CLUB-HIIT/LIIT
This interval-style fitness class is a fun and effective way to stay active and strong. We work in short bursts of exercise followed by a rest – exercise, rest, repeat – so it’s manageable, motivating, and enjoyable.
What to expect:
• Cardio – great for your heart and lungs
• Strength – helps keep muscles and bones strong as we age
• Functional fitness – movements that support everyday life
• No floor work
• Suitable for all fitness levels and ages

FITNESS PILATES
Fitness Pilates is a modern group exercise class using a combination of mat and standing exercises set to music, Fitness Pilates can help improve posture, core strength, balance, mobility, flexibility, and movement quality. The movements and stretches strengthen the whole body while helping to reduce stress and tension, supporting both physical and mental wellbeing.
This all-inclusive programme is suitable for the general healthy adult and all levels of fitness. Exercises are adapted from traditional Pilates to create a challenging yet enjoyable group fitness experience.

Fitness Pilates is not a rehabilitation class and is unsuitable for individuals with diagnosed musculoskeletal conditions requiring one-to-one clinical intervention.
This class is also not appropriate during pregnancy or for those with diagnosed back or joint problems
