Fun, Friendly Fitness Classes in Ryde, Wootton & Lake

Hi, I’m Helen 
I’m a fully qualified group exercise instructor with over 23 years of experience, offering friendly, supportive fitness classes across the Isle of Wight.

Since 2008, I’ve built a welcoming fitness community where support, friendship, and fun are just as important as the workout itself. My classes are designed to be non-intimidating and suitable for all fitness levels—from complete beginners to those wanting to stay active as they get older.

I teach a range of classes including Fitness Pilates, Paracise, Dance Fitness, and HIIT, so whether you’re looking for low-impact exercise or something more energetic, there’s something for you.

My class members range from age 10 to 87, and everyone is welcome. We exercise, we laugh, and we often finish with a coffee (and sometimes cake!).

Whether your goal is to improve fitness, boost mental wellbeing, or simply feel better, I’d love to support you on your journey.
