Hi Ladies and Gents,

What a beautiful day! ☀️

I started my morning over in Freshwater at a 9am meeting another instructor who has asked me to cover a couple of classes in April. I was WAY out of my comfort zone… Sheren is a top dance choreographer and it was very dancey!

But as I always say in class — it doesn’t matter what you do as long as you’re moving… and I definitely lived by that this morning because I didn’t have a clue what I was doing! 😄


💙 New Class Idea – Ryde Pilates

Would you be interested in a Friday morning Fitness Pilates class in Ryde?🕥 10:15 – 11:00am📅 Starting 17th April (if there’s enough interest)

Please let me know your thoughts 🙏

Pilates is fantastic for flexibility and strength, and works best when done regularly.

I’m thinking about adding a Wednesday class in Lake. Would you be interested?

Options could include:

  • Additional Paracise class

  • Seated Paracise class

  • Beginners Fitness Pilates (includes getting down to the floor once)

  • Chair Fitness Pilates (no floor work at all)
